Skylight Health Research Achieves 98% Follow-Up Rate and 90%+ eDiary Compliance with Stitch
Skylight Health Research, a participant-focused research organisation with sites in Burlington, Massachusetts and Colorado Springs, Colorado, uses Stitch across all of their studies to keep participants engaged, reduce no-shows and free up coordinator time. On a Phase III vaccine trial, Skylight enrolled 175 participants across multiple enrolment periods, achieved a 98% follow-up rate and eDiary compliance above 90%.

By automating eDiary reminders and visit-specific reminders with Stitch, Skylight’s CRCs are saving an hour a day. Participants are turning up more prepared and informed, with staff reporting they spend more time in front of participants.
Skylight also uses Stitch to manage double booking more accurately. Visit confirmation status in Stitch gives the team an early signal of who is likely to no-show, so they can backfill appointments before a slot is lost.
“With Stitch, we can easily see which visits are confirmed versus unconfirmed. If they have an unconfirmed visit, it’s a higher likelihood that they’re going to no-show. At 2pm every day, if they’re still not confirmed, we give them a call. If they’re not picking up, we try to backfill that appointment to make the most of our capacity. And if they both show up, great, we go double time to get both visits done.”
