The award-winning healthcare communications agency will work with Stitch to elevate and improve the clinical trial experience for participants and sites

London, UK, 05 July 2023: Stitch is partnering with Langland, a multi-award winning Publicis Health company with over 20 years’ experience supporting global clinical trials, to integrate Langland’s creative branding and content with Stitch’s innovative engagement and retention platform, which supports participants through their trial journey while capturing their feedback in real-time.

The new partnership means clients of both companies can choose a joined-up recruitment and retention solution that ensures eligible participants find, understand and select their studies, are supported throughout their trial, and are able to give feedback on their trial experience – providing valuable qualitative and quantitative insights on their experiences. This represents a first-in-category capability with the potential to address common problems that lead to data gaps, drop-outs and patients lost to follow-up, by improving retention in live studies, and informing the design and conduct of future studies.
